There was a disappointing turn out for the final race of the winter series. However the Veterans class was still wide open for a possible new champion. Bruce Dingle had regained his form and was hoping to overcome a poor season by his standards but it was only an outside chance. He led the class from the start, with rivals Michael Boarer and Ian Cabot close behind, however Dingle rode strongly to pull away for the class win and third overall, but it was Boarer finishing second in the vets that gave him the title from Dingle. Ian Cabot took third in class and championship. James Patterson took his second win in the series but having missed early races while recovering from injury has only finished fifth in the elite championship. Rhys Hidrio was fifth overall and took the Sports title from Lee Wells. Making it a family double new Ladies champion is Lucy Ovenden and Elite champion is her husband Robin. Despite not riding the final event Simon Slaffer takes the Super vets title from Mark Knowlton, some consolation to Mark, his son Rikki is the School Boy Champion.
