Cæsarean Cycling Club

On 16th September with the Duo Normand in mind, thirteen teams and two single riders were out Time Trailing on the La Hougue Bie circuit in final preparation before their French encounter next week, and many respectable times were achieved.

Tony Richomme and Andy Kemp [C.C.C] led the field as the fastest team of the day in 1Hr 18Min 6Sec, edging out 2nd place team Ali Cann and Steve Goaziou also C.C.C by 20 seconds, with constant lap times never straying more than 15 second difference for each of the seven 4.5mile circuits.

The first all ladies pair Helen Goulding and Nicki Appleton C.C.C came in, in a credible time of 1Hr 32Min 19SecThe glory however must go to C.C.C rider Chris Spence riding solo and training for his race in Bermuda in the near future, defeating everybody with a time of 1Hr 14Min 41Sec. Well done.
