Note that the CCC's insurance covers third parties only and NOT particpants whether a member of the CCC or not. It is your own responisibility to organise your own insurance cover and the club strongly recommemds you become members of British Cycling. All riders participating in any event do so under the following conditions:

I understand & agree that I participate in events entirely at my own risk. I will rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards & will ride in a manner which is safe & courteous to myself, fellow competitors & other road users. I am aware that when riding on a public highway the function of the marshals is solely to indicate direction & that I alone will decide whether any manoeuvre I perform is safe. I agree that no liability or responsibility whatsoever shall attach to the promoter, promoting club, race sponsor, or any race official or member of the promoting club in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me in, or by any reason of, the event, however caused. I understand that the Caesarean Cycling Club recommend that individual riders take British Cycling membership & third party insurance before participating in organized cycle events.
