The 15th annual Amnesty International Jersey cycle ride will take place on Sunday 16 May 2010 starting and finishing at the Maritime Museum. The main ride starts at 10.30am and the family ride starts at 11.00am.

The ride goes through scenic lanes and along Jersey coast. The ride is open to everyone and all are welcome. Riders training for charity challenges as well as families have taken part. It is a very friendly and welcoming ride, lots of refreshments are available at the check points and tea and home made cakes are served to well deserving riders at the end.

There are three routes- around the island, half the island and a family ride. On the day riders go to designated check points where they receive stickers to place on their map before moving onto the next check point.

The ride will be started by Houzan Mahmoud, Organisation of Women's Freedom in Iraq and a drum band will see us to the finish

This is our 15th annual cycle ride. All money raised is forwarded to Amnesty UK. Money is raised either by sponsorship or by giving a donation on the day.
